ChatBooster — Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 17, 2026

ChatBooster is a productivity tool that helps creators and agencies manage messaging workflows. This policy describes what data the extension collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.

1. Who we are

ChatBooster is operated by Coldplayer LLC ("Coldplayer LLC", "we", "us"). For questions about this policy, contact us at our Telegram.

2. What we collect

The extension processes the following categories of data:

3. What we do not collect

4. How we use the data

Data is used solely to operate the service the user has signed up for: generating reply suggestions, maintaining session state, surfacing errors to the operating team, and improving model output quality. Third-party model providers (such as OpenAI, OpenRouter) are used as processors; their use of submitted text is governed by their respective enterprise agreements with us, which prohibit retention or training on submitted content.

5. Where the data lives

Operational data is stored on Railway-hosted Postgres in the United States. Logs are stored on MediaBox infrastructure. Browser-side data is stored locally in Chrome storage on the user's device.

6. Retention

Account and session data is retained for as long as the user has an active account, and for up to 90 days after deactivation for support and dispute resolution. Operational telemetry is retained for 30 days.

7. User rights

Users can request export or deletion of their data by writing to our Telegram. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

Data in transit is protected using TLS. Data at rest is encrypted on managed cloud platforms. Access to production systems is limited to engineering personnel under formal access controls.

9. Children

The service is not directed to and is not used by individuals under 18 years of age.

10. Changes to this policy

We will post material changes to this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the extension after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
