This policy describes when and how refunds may be issued for ChatBooster's platform subscription and AI generation credit packs. Because ChatBooster currently accepts payment in cryptocurrency, refund mechanics differ from traditional card-payment products. Please read this policy before purchasing.
New accounts include a seven (7) day free trial of the ChatBooster platform. No payment is taken during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
The $50 USD per month platform subscription is billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time through your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing month, and you retain access until that date.
Platform subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing month has begun, with the limited exception of duplicate charges, system errors that prevented you from accessing the service for the majority of a billing month, or other circumstances where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law.
Credit packs are sold as one-time purchases. The applicable per-generation rate depends on the pack size and is shown at the time of purchase. Credits are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
Unused credits. If you have not used any generations from a credit pack, you may request a refund of that pack within seven (7) days of purchase by contacting us at the address below. We will refund the original purchase amount, less any blockchain network fees required to return funds to your originating wallet.
Partially used credits. Once any generation from a pack has been consumed, that pack is non-refundable. The remaining unused credits stay in your account for the balance of the twelve-month validity period.
Expired credits. Credits that expire at the end of their twelve-month validity period are non-refundable.
Cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on a public blockchain and are irreversible. ChatBooster cannot reverse a transaction once it has been broadcast and confirmed. Approved refunds are issued as new outgoing transactions from our wallet back to the originating wallet address, after deducting applicable network fees.
If a refund is approved, you are responsible for ensuring that the wallet address that sent the original payment is still under your control and able to receive the refund. We are not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect, abandoned, or compromised wallet addresses.
The U.S. dollar value of cryptocurrency can fluctuate between the time of purchase and the time of refund. Refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency originally received, in the same nominal token amount, not at the dollar-equivalent value at the time of refund.

Because we currently accept cryptocurrency rather than card payments, there is no chargeback mechanism. Any dispute about a charge should be raised directly with us using the contact information above. We will work in good faith to resolve disputes promptly.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. Where local law requires a refund or right of withdrawal that exceeds what is described here, that local-law right prevails.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply prospectively to purchases made after the change takes effect.
