ChatBooster — Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activity that is not permitted when using ChatBooster. It applies to everyone who uses the service, including account owners, sales managers, and chatters operating under an account. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. You are responsible

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your ChatBooster account, including activity carried out by chatters and other team members you authorize. You are also responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform you connect to ChatBooster — including but not limited to OnlyFans — and with all applicable laws in the jurisdictions where you operate.

2. Prohibited content

You may not use ChatBooster to draft, send, or otherwise transmit messages that:

• Depict, request, or promote sexual content involving minors under any circumstances
• Promote, facilitate, or threaten violence, self-harm, or harm to others
• Constitute harassment, stalking, doxxing, or targeted intimidation of any person
• Constitute fraud, scam, or impersonation of a real person without that person's authorization
• Solicit or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery
• Distribute or facilitate the distribution of illegal drugs, weapons, malware, or stolen credentials
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Violate any applicable export-control, sanctions, or anti-money-laundering law

3. Prohibited operational behavior

You may not use ChatBooster, or any third-party platform you connect through ChatBooster, to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages outside the normal operation of your subscriber base ("spam")
• Operate fake fan accounts, manufactured engagement, or bot networks designed to deceive other users or platform algorithms
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with platform safety, age-verification, or anti-fraud systems
• Misrepresent that AI-drafted replies are written by a specific human in a context where that misrepresentation is material to the recipient's decision to send money or share information
• Resell, white-label, or otherwise commercially redistribute ChatBooster's AI output to a third party except under a written agreement with us
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the ChatBooster extension or backend except as expressly permitted by applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to ChatBooster's systems or to other ChatBooster customers' accounts or data

4. Third-party platform compliance

ChatBooster operates alongside third-party platforms but is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. You remain responsible for complying with the terms of service of any platform you connect. Where a third-party platform prohibits automated activity, mass messaging beyond a stated threshold, or AI-assisted content under its rules, those restrictions are yours to observe — not ours to enforce.

5. AI-drafted content

ChatBooster generates draft replies for review and sending by a human operator. You are responsible for reviewing every AI draft before it is sent and for the content of any message your team actually sends. Generating drafts for the purpose of training a competing AI service, or for any other purpose materially outside ordinary use of ChatBooster, is prohibited.

6. Reporting violations

If you become aware of activity that violates this AUP — by yourself, your team, or another ChatBooster customer — please contact us at our Telegram. Reports are reviewed in confidence and acted on as appropriate.

7. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and take any action we consider proportionate, including issuing a warning, suspending specific features, suspending the entire account, terminating the account, and reporting activity to law-enforcement authorities where required by law. We may take action without prior notice where we reasonably believe immediate action is necessary to protect users, the service, or the public.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of ChatBooster after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
