ChatBooster — DMCA Notice and Takedown

Last updated: May 17, 2026

ChatBooster respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the service to do the same. This page describes how to submit a notice of claimed copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), and how we will respond.

Note that ChatBooster is a software product. We do not host, distribute, or display end-user content. To the extent your complaint concerns content posted on a third-party platform (for example, OnlyFans), you will generally need to submit your notice to that platform's designated agent directly. Notices submitted to us about content we do not host will be acknowledged and forwarded where appropriate, but we have no ability to remove content we do not control.

1. Designated Agent for DMCA notices

Submit DMCA notices to:

DMCA Agent
Coldplayer LLC (ChatBooster)
Contact: our Telegram
Subject line: DMCA Notice

2. Notice requirements

To be effective under the DMCA, a notice of claimed infringement must include all of the following:

3. Counter-notification

If you believe material we removed or disabled access to was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the address above. A counter-notification must include:

4. Repeat-infringer policy

In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, we will terminate accounts of users we determine to be repeat infringers of copyright. We may also limit access to the service for any user who infringes copyright, whether or not there is repeat infringement.

5. Misrepresentations

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages — including costs and attorneys' fees — incurred by the alleged infringer, the copyright owner, or our service.

6. Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
